"Everything was really good, the only disappointment was that the spa wasn't available and we weren't even informed in advance. Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. "El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado en el centro de San Cristóbal de la Laguna. Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, baño muy completo con accesorios de todo tipo (gel, champú, acondicionador, crema, etc.) y todo muy limpio. No usamos la piscina porque no hacía muy buen tiempo. Hay una plaza detrás donde se puede aparcar y sino en el mismo hotel hay parking. La atención del personal también muy agradable. Muy buen sitio para disfrutar en esa zona."
