"This hotel has a great location. Very close to Lake Garda and within easy reach of public transport and the ferry. The staff are outstanding, very helpful and extremely friendly. The property is quite dated, but very clean as is reflected in the rooms. The air conditioning was minimal making it hard to sleep most nights. The greatest negative for us was the noise. From 6am doors were slamming and the volume of noise increased as housekeeping started to clean at 8am. Their supplies were kept in cupboards outside of guest rooms and there was constant loud talking again door slamming and moving of furniture. The walls are paper thin, therefore you can hear everything from the rooms on either side of you. We enjoyed our stay,but left feeling sleep deprived šŸ˜“"
