"The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. "I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere...

"The location is great. Very close to a lot of stores and restaurants very walkable. About a five minute walk to Ocean Park Beach. The unit was clean and had everything you need. It has a washer and dryer, ironing, board, and iron, a hair blow dryer in each bathroom they thought of every little detail. I will recommend this property to anyone vacation in in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The management’s communication was impeccable. The check-in and check out process was very easy. "

"I liked that the place was convenient to freeways. It was quaint and clean. Visible repairs needed to the walls and ceilings. There were no face cloths and they said they don't provide them. "This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful!
