"The Morgan is a low end, scammy hotel. When we arrived we were told the room was not available and were not able to check in until 6pm, at which point we were told the room we had booked was not available. We were told we would have to move to a smaller room for one night until our original room became available. After asking to speak to a manager, they 'kindly' offered to refund the difference, nothing else for the late check in, the incovenience of moving, or the fact we were in a room we did...
