"Our 2-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and perfect for our family trip to Dubai. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Washing machine was useful - ideal for long stays. Continental breakfast bags were delivered to our apartment each morning - there is no restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a dip in the pool - it was in the shade though due to the skyscrapers in the Marina area. "

"Had a pleasant stay, the place is great in terms of location and facilities. Some staff especially in the spa area needs some training on how to deal with visitors plus restaurants needs to offer better options for breakfast and dinner. However overall it was good stay "

"Absolutely awful hotel. The room was not cleaned properly we found items from a previous traveller in the room. The shower had glass into the main lounge and smelt of damp and was not clean. The swimming pool was tiny and the whole outside needed refurbishment. This hotel should not be classed as 4 stars and was actually more expensive than the other amazing hotels we stayed at. The stay was depressing. Breakfast options were average, there was no clean cutlery, no tables, it was shambolic. "

"Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout."
