"Loved our stay and would book here again! Offered fresh hot breakfast as-well as cereal,yogurt and pastries coffee station and juice options, clean big bathrooms, pool was nice and clean. Rooms were clean double beds are full size instead of the usual queens but were comfortable tv didn’t offer many options but found some that worked . "

"This is a wonderful hotel. it’s in a nice area. I love how it’s close to a lot of the restaurants downtown. Tons of coffee shops around. There’s grocery stores down the street. Lovely Staff they were Always there to help. The Rooms are a nice size and has the things you may need to feel nice and cozy. I like aesthetic of the hotel. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. We had a good time. "

"It is clean, parking is expensive, the AC fan is a little loud but acceptable. It is also strange that they use bar soap in the bathroom. It is a wasteful practice. They also always give a bag of water and snacks also wasteful the bags get thrown away and it would be a smarter option to have a filtered water dispenser in the lobby or on every floor to reduce plastic waste. "

"I didn't know from listing that parking will cost extra. And for $40? Vale in Laguna Beach is only $30. It's actually $44 here because they charge $4 for convenience fee while that's the only way to pay anyway since there's nobody on site. When I get there, gate is closed a I have no codes sent to me yet. I had to pay for meter street parking while figuring out how to self check in and get the codes. I called multiple times went straight to voicemail, no call back. After I purchased the parking...

"Roaches in the room, and on the last day, the toilet randomly started running and wouldn’t flush. I spoke with the front desk worker and he offered me a refund on my parking. There was a roach on my tooth brush, and when I got home I found 2 roaches in my duffle bag. "

"This place is a gem. Would’ve rated it 5 stars but we came across a hiccup at arrival. We were provided the check in instructions which we followed. Upon arrival we never received any notification of our unit number. Thankfully security was on site and was able to assist us. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. Will be returning. "

"Parking was very small. People live there. They were very loud. Continental breakfast was only cereal & bread. The families that live there was eating everything. It just wasn't for me"
