Nos hospedamos en este hotel buscando una opción más accesible, ya que normalmente vamos a Dreams… y honestamente, íbamos con expectativas bajas.
Pero fue todo lo contrario.
• Habitación súper cómoda
• Instalaciones muy lindas
• Restaurante con muy buen servicio
• Happy hour en la piscina, punto extra
• Ubicación fenomenal
Por qué importa:
Recibimos mucho más de lo que esperábamos por el precio.

"1. There is no hot water. 2. During my stay, one of the days had no water at all. 3. You have to call an attendant to let you both in and out(meaning you are locked in). 4. No Wifi. 5. My lights also burned out during my stay aside from 1 in the bathroom. 6. the AC was really just a fan(no cooling).

"Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would.
1. No hot water in the unit.
2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out.
3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children.
4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds.
5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

"On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile.."

"I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "
