"There is no parking. Not even anywhere to park during check in. All parking is “Off Site” aka “Street parking”. The closest we could get was 3 blocks to check in. We decided to find another hotel and the hotel refused to refund or cancel our stay. We would have been fine with paying 1 night but they elected to keep all 3 nights of our money."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the Space Needle and other attractions, the property is very clean, family-friendly and well maintained, the staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the daily breakfast options are good. There is a gym that was well equipped. The only one thing to mention here was that one (of the two) elevator was not working when we were there, I hope it is a temporary thing. We would definitely consider coming back here again in future."
