When pulling into the garage, you’ll see a bunch of scuff marks on the wall from all the cars pulling in (not literally all but a lot). Should have other options for bigger cars than Sedan size "

"I had no idea what a treat was in store for me until I went to Seattle and stayed at CitizenM! The room was crisp, clean with fresh decor! I really felt pampered! There was an issue with the door key after we adjusted for a later checkout time and the staff responded quickly and efficiently! I am very happy!"

"We arrived an hour before check in and our room was already ready. Front desk staff were so kind and friendly, we had good chats and laughs. Location is great (walking distance to waterfront), building and rooms were very clean and well kept. It was very quiet, no noise issues. Would definitely rebook this hotel!"

"There is a train that goes by all night long. Get ear plugs. Upgrade the room otherwise you’ll be in a tiny space. The larger rooms are lovely and worth it, but the tiny rooms are uncomfortable."

"Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom...

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast by far was the most impressive part of our stay! The room with the view of the Space Needle was also very comfortable and worth the additional price. There is street parking directly across the street from the hotel which as of this review is free most nights after 8PM until 8AM. This hotel is also directly across the street from a pharmacy which is super convenient."

"This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...

"A wonderful experience overall. Eric was most hospitable and gave us the best room possible on the top floor. We were very pleased with our tay, especially for the price point. Pro tip. Get the parking included in your room, you will save money and are guaranteed a spot. The location is a 10 min walk to Pike Place and all shopping downtown. Many fabulous restaurants all within minutes from the hotel. "

"Didn’t get any robes in my room which was disappointing, the pictures shown are a bit misleading and the actual rooms are much more dreary and much smaller, and the AC heating unit in the rooms just kinda sucks didn’t really work all that well so that was a bummer"
