"This motel was clean. There are two levels with no elevator. This was difficult with my elderly mother. The outdoor fire was not working and our bathtub lever was broken. These were reported to the staff. They seemed receptive. The breakfast was basic. Walking distance of an excellent coffeehouse called Realfine. I would also recommend West Side of Chicago pizza that is two blocks away. Neighborhood seemed safe."

"Enjoyed my 2-night stay here immensely. The parking attendants were very friendly and helpful. The staff was wonderful and addressed my needs and concerns. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items. Not much of a view, but the hotel makes up for that with its staff and amenities. I love the Light Rail and Bus System in Seattle, so there is no need to find parking. The Light Rail is in the next block south, and the buses travel 3rd Avenue without any other traffic. "What a beautiful old building, redesigned to accommodate all us travellers. Only here for a day for work but what a lovely place. History is firstly pretty cool and then the building and design is great. Following on from that it’s far enough out but close enough to be in of all those places you could easily walk too. The docks are a taxi/uber ride but everything else is so accessible. The staff were so helpful and nice it’s got a cocktail bar and a breakfast cafe. Felt special to be a guest."

"Check in was smooth, the room was on the ground level and bordered the parking lot. You could hear the cars driving by and I wish we were on the ocean side and not on ground level. The room needed to be vacuumed and I felt it wasn't that clean, the smell from the gas fireplace was strong and our clothes that stayed in the suitcases smelled of the gas after we left and opened them again on the cruise. The on site restaurant had extremely high prices and even breakfast was way over-priced....

"Beautiful room, we had the king with pull out sofa. We were able to enjoy pizza and watch the baseball game from our room. The staff brought us extra linens and towels, and they served the best breakfast!! It was a short walk to the Space Needle, the area was safe and well lit at night."
