"The AC wasn’t working in room 121. The night shift guy tried to convince me that it was. I told him it would be okay until morning as it was a cool night. The next morning someone else was at the desk and didn’t have a clue about my situation. He did move us to room 112. That night I came back for a shower. There was no hot water. The night guy was back. He said there was nothing he could do until the plumber got there the next morning. I have stayed here several times and have been happy with the results. This time was very disappointing to say the least. "

"Staff was wonderful but the lack of cleanliness really took away from our stay. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room, scrubbed the surfaces that were covered in a film and dust. I bought extra sheets and covered all the linens, they smelled and were horribly stained. If they get the housekeeping under control - this would be a great place. "

"The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock.
And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card.
Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned."
