"This hotel was a short walk to restaurants and many attractions. It was located in a safe area and had many great amenities. One of our favorite was 24 hr access to beverages and snacks on the second floor. We will be returning again."

"The Jewel was the perfect spot to stay for a long weekend. We could walk to everything. It’s clean, quiet, has cozy bedding and refillable water bottles which is so nice. We will be back!"

"Travelled with teen aged daughter on our first trip to NY for a cruise. Hotel room was clean and bathroom was lovely. It was cosy with a view of park. We enjoyed drinks on deck 6 roof top deck. I will come back for sure. Loved the calmness of Bryant Park vs the chaos of Time Square. "

"What an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. We were greeted and given a thank goodie bag and upgraded because it was my boyfriend’s birthday. We had the best and most wonderful stay and I highly recommend it. We will be back and this will be our hotel in New York City!!"
"This hotel is legitimate 5-star. I stay here when we I’m in NYC. Food is good, staff is mostly Korean and the efficient and friendly. The street is not what 5th Avenue used to be. Not their fault, but NYC has lost its way. Homeless problem 10 feet from the front door. Panhandlers and mentally ill people everywhere. "
"I'm thankful that there are still thoughtful, gracious human beings with beating hearts like Janet still employed in a great city like New York City to welcome guests and manage their check in process. I stayed (again) at the Grand Central location. Janet is a gem.

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
