"The room was clean although the tub could’ve been more clean but the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was amazing."

"This is a trap house. I needed a last minute room. Front desk staff is nice, but my room was awful and the whole place was terrifying to have my child with me. Mouse droppings everywhere, a ring of mold on top of the shower head. Something smeared on the walls that looked like poop, so many burn holes in the comforter it looked like Swiss cheese. Within 30 mins of checking in I went out to my car to see an emergency rescue team entering a room by me. I can’t believe Expedia allows this"

"The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay."

"The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed...

"-Bathrooms need to be caulked (in between bathroom tiles, sinks, toilets, etc) visible mold -Shower liners need to be changed (brown shower liners instead of clear, clean liners) -Mattresses have brown spots in them when you lift up the sheets -Bed sheets need to be CHANGED. Fresh sheets need to be washed and put down for EACH guest."

"Atmosphere"

"Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?"

"“I arrived on time for my flight from Baltimore. During check-in/payment there was confusion with my debit card, but I was trying to cooperate. I was denied boarding and had to pay an additional $335 for another flight. I felt I was treated unfairly and would like this situation reviewed and reimbursed.”"

"The staff were so helpful and sweet! The two ladies at the front desk were so considerate and kind. Only feedback is our rooms headboard was falling apart and room was a little dirty but you can tell it’s just from age of the building and not the cleaning staff. The bathroom was spotless!"

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."

"We had a great time at the hotel. It is always beautifully maintained. We had a large group of people and due to the weather wound up hanging in the hotel. Eric was on duty that night and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He was amazing and made our time even more enjoyable!"

"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"I had to be moved three times due to pest & dirty linen issues. The pool is closed & has been closed for quite some time. The elevator has been broken for months. The floors are dusty & dirty. Do not stay here!"
