" Sure would have been nice to have been informed that a giant convention of little league baseball players would be swarming the hotel.
We got a complaint call from the front desk because our tv was too loud...it's because we couldn't hear it over the elephants stomping over our heads or the loud house party happening in the courtyard outside our window or the hordes of children swimming in the pool well until 11:30. Not cool at all."

"Cons: There is construction at every corner. It’s loud at 4am. Bring your ear plugs. Towels were hard as a rock as if they starch them. Bring your own water in. Shower blasted scorching hot water ever 2 min then cold. Shocking to find a non smoking hotel where outside balcony had cigarette butts all over. Pros: Hotel and Staff were amazing. Rooms are big and spacious. Comfortable. I would give it higher rating but with all the loudness that’s about it. "

"Very standard 3 star hotel. Definitely heard traffic noise throughout the night, the shower head is very low, the mattresses weren’t horrible but almost felt like sleeping in a trampoline.
All interactions with staff were excellent. The hotel is very well located and parking was ample but I never like paying for parking at a hotel - I’m sure it’s standard in the area but seems unnecessary.
The hotel was fine for a night. Compared to other properties I’ve stayed in Bellevue, I probably...

"I grew up in Bellevue. I stayed here while visiting my parents. This hotel is very centrally located and is a very, very short walk to the mall and restaurants. Beautiful lobby and the rooms were very clean and modern. Highly recommend. "
