We did not take the breakfast. The rooms were clean but the motion activated lights were annoying.

Carathotel Basel/Weil am Rhein
Stayed here many times before,main reasons are large room,bathtub and free car park.Used to include free buffet breakfast but no longer available which is a shame as the variety and quality were excellent.Also no longer available is the very handy free coffee to take away area.

Wir sind gar nicht eingezogen, als wir die Lage der Zimmer gesehen haben: beide Schlafzimmer sowie Bad/WC oben und nur erreichbar durch Klettern eines steilen, offenen Leiters ohne normalen Stufen, nur mit kleinen versetzten Brettern.
