"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"

"The property is very accessible from the airport. Old buildings but housekeeping staff does a very good job of keeping it clean. They are also very nice to talk to. The breakfast was very good even though options were limited. The food service staff is also very responsive and polite. Overall it was a good experience."

"Room was rundown and dogs barked all through the night. The drinking water provided wasn’t marked as safe and in refillable bottles."

"Clean property and really helpful friendly staff; great central location near airport. the breakfast spread was really good too"

"good"

"10/10 experience, can’t wait to visit again!"

"Service is little slow at the speciality Asian restaurant"

"We love staying at the Goa Marriott at Miramar. Very conveniently located, great amenities, good sumptuous breakfast with wide selection. Great hospitality, they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The airport shuttle package we booked was an added benefit."

"Lovely hotel with excellent food! The concierge service was great with the walking tours we took. Excellent stay!"

"very nice property"

"We loved the relaxing atmosphere at Heritage Village Resort. The options for beach towels and a mat for the nearby Arossim beach was helpful. We loved the poolside but wished it could be open until a bit later than 7.30pm. The breakfast was good. The curated experiences and activities were nice. Although only English music played making the resort feel more European than Indian. We liked the in-room dining options and easy access to restaurants. We didn’t like our bed as it was 2 twins put...

"The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced."

"We stayed here for 1 night before travelling back to Mumbai, me and my 11 yo son. The hotel is on beautiful grounds and spread out with lots of low rise bungalows. We were given a 1st floor room with a beautiful view of the sea. If you want a week beach holiday, this would be a lovely place, you could stay here happily. The room was lovely and clean. There were a few bungalows being renovated so it would have been upsetting to be in one of the bungalows nearby with drilling and building...

"The hotel was an excellent experience for me and my children, They loved the rooms , pool and the various meal options were great !!! . Thank you Shravan Kumar for your excellent service"
