Great relaxing hotel.

Late summer stay. The staff are great - relaxed and good at their jobs Good location by the river and 10 minutes walk to the town. Would definitely come again.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed a lovely and peaceful 2 nights away Bonus as it was adults only so was very quiet around the pool area

Location of the hotel was good, by the river and walking distance to town. Food was average, had to queue for at least 10 mins for omelettes in the morning which was not ideal. Worst part is management- the hotel is run like a prison- the manager is quite unpleasant and unprofessional.

This resort is tired and in need of a facelift. The reception is dull and uninspiring. Worst of all was the attitude of the daytime receptionist. Everthing was too much bother for him. He was grumpy and unhelpful and completely ignored us when we attended reception. This is the shop window to the resort and certanly does not inspire.

Otel çok izole sessiz sakin bir yerde. Denize araba ile gitmek de mümkün ama konaklayanlar için haftada 2 kez otel kendi teknesini kaldırıyor. Odalar küçük ama güzel, banyonun lavabo ve duş kısmını kapsayan tarafında kapı yok sadece tuvalet için kapı konulmuş. Bu biraz garipti. Özellikle çift olarak değil de arkadaşlarımla gitseydim rahatsız edici olurdu. 12 yaş üstünün girebildiği ayrı bir havuz alanı var. Sakinlik isteyenler için bu çok güzel düşünülmüş. Otelin bahçesi çok büyük bazı kısımlar kullanılmıyor biraz atıl ve bakımsız kalmış örneğin masa tenisi masası var ama kullanılmaz duruma gelmiş. Bazı kapalı lobi gibi alanlar kullanılmıyor. Yani havuz ve odada oturmak dışında vakit geçirebilecek çok alan yok. Restoranın menüsü geniş, yemekleri fena değil, özellikle balıkları çok güzel. Fakat bir arı sorunu var. Yemek geldiği anda arılar da yanınıza geliyor. Arılara yapılacak bir şey yok tabii ki zaten bahçenin içinde yemek yeri ama durumun farkında oldukları halde kapalı ve klimalı bir yemek alanı yapmamışlar. Her akşam en az bir aile arıdan dolayı yemek yiyemedi. Bir de arılara müdahale etmeyin bir parça koparıp giderler gibi gereksiz ve saçma bir tutumla karşılaştık. Kahvaltısı çok iyi değil, daha kaliteli ve sıcak seçeneği fazla olabilirdi. Bir de yangın tüpleri belli ki çok sık kontrol edilmiyor, çoğunun son kullanma tarihi geçmişti, müdüriyete bildirdik. Kısaca ortalama bir oteldi, bahçesi ve sakinliği hoşumuza gitti. Gelişmeleri gereken bazı alanlar mevcut.

Dalyan’ın en güzel oteli. Konum olarak muhteşem, personel son derece profesyonel ve kibar. Özellikle resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan Rıza bey son derece kibardı, otel hakkında bize bütün bilgilendirmeyi yaptı ve konaklamamız süresince sorduğumuz her soruya ve taleplerimize sabırla karşılık verdi. Sıcak kahvaltı bölümünde görevli savaş bey işinin tam profesyoneli onca insana ayrı ayrı gösterdiği hizmet ve ilgi takdire değerdi. Bar’ dan sorumlu Cihan bey son derece pozitif ve misafirperver yapısıyla keyfimiz yerine geldi özellikle bahçeden taze sıkılmış nar suyu harikaydı. Otelde kaldığımız süre içinde görüştüğümüz ismini hatırlayamadığımız bir çok servis elemanları çok kibardılar kendimizi açıkçası bir aile ortamında hissetmemize sebeb oldular. Otelin konumu mükemmel, Dalyan çayı kenarına kurulmuş olması ve tam önünden geçen teknelerle iztuzu plajına ulaşım ayrı bir keyif verdi. Deluxe odada kaldığımız için bu oda halkındaki yorumum son derece olumlu. Odalar geniş , banyo ve mobilyalar oldukça yeni ve temiz. Yemekler son derece lezzetli her damak zevkine uyumlu çeşit bulmak mümkün. Her şey son derece güzeldi. Tekrar gelmeyi planlıyorum.

Doğası muhteşem olan fakat eksileri de olan bir otel. İyi yönleri çok güzel bir doğa içinde ve kendine ait iskelesi var. Odaları da temiz ve hoş. Yalnız musluklardan tuzlu su akıyor ve odaya bir çay-kahve makinesi konmamış. Dolayısıyla da içecek namına bir şey yok. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Alacarte menüsü fena durmuyor fakat saat 17:00'den sonra açık büfe yemek verildiği için kapanıyor. Yemek de çok yetersiz.

Dalyan’ın en iyi oteli!

Dalyanın en iyi konumundaki en iyi oteli. Manzara huzur konfor temizlik yardımsever personeli ile mükemmeldi. Merkeze 10 dk mesafesi var. Tekneler otelin iskelesinden alıyor, otel de ulaşım konusunda oldukça yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği mükemmeldi.Odaların konumu temizliği efsaneydi.Tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Çok huzurlu 4 gün geçirdim keşke daha fazla konaklasaydım. Her şey için teşekkürler Dalyan Resort! Tekrar görüşmek üzere..

Aile ile tatil

Odalarin icinde mobil internet ve wifi cekmiyor. Bu en eksi durumuydu. Genel olarak havuzlari temiz degil, bakimi daha sık yapilmali. Restorant ve kahvalti iyiydi, masalarin uzerindeki kirli küllükler haric. SPA kesinlikle cok kotu ve ilgilenen kisi cok ilgisiz, ücretleri cok yuksek. Otelde oda kahvalti haricinde ekstra ucret ile kullanilacak hersey tamamen yurtdisi misafirlere gore pound uzerinden ayarlanmis. Birgun Türkiye'de üreten ve kazanan Türk milleti pound ile maaşini alirsa sorun yok, ancak aksi durum biraz empati ile otel sahibi ve yoneticileri tarafindan degerlendirilmeli. Konum itibariyle dogasina diyecek lafimiz yok.

Otel çok güzel. Konum harika. Odaların temizliği çok iyi ve konforlu. Ancak otel yönetimi muhtemelen en kötü odayı Hotels.com müşterilerine layık görüyor. Odanın kart okuyucusu bozuktu. Anahtar istedik. Resepsiyona iş bilmeyen adamları koymuşlar. “Yönlendiriyorum” demekten başka bir şey bilmiyorlar. Anahtarı gidip zorla aldık resmen. Odada terlik yoktu terlik istedik, zaten bir gece konaklayacaktık. Yine resepsiyondaki arkadaş yönlendiriyorum dedi. Terliksiz olarak konaklamamızı bitirdik. Hotel güzel, konforlu, bulunduğu konum harika ama iyi yönetilmiyor. Hotels.com müşterilerine daha çok önem vererek sorunsuz odalar ve resepsiyonda ilgili çalışanlar bulundurmalarını tavsiye ederim.

Odalar ve temizliği gayet güzeldi. Personel çok çok ilgiliydi ve güleryüzlüydü. Yemekler şahaneydi diyemem ama aç kalınmaz elbetteki. Otelin iztuzu plajına uzak olması ve plaja geliş gidiş bizi yordu açıkçası. Ancak arabaları ile gelenler için bu durum sıkıntı yaratmaz diye düşünüyorum.Eleştirdiğim tek husus havuz. Havuzun yoğun olması ve insanların kurallara dikkat etmemesi sebebiyle su temiz değildi. Güneş kremi sürüp havuza girenler oldukça fazlaydı. Bu durum akşam saatlerinde havuzun üzerinde görülen yağ tabakasından belli oluyordu. Birde havuza kesinlikle bone takılarak girilmesi gerekiyor. Zira suyun içinde saç telleri yüzüyor. Havuz suyunun temiz olması durumuna dikkat edilirse çok daha güzel olur. Burada otel yönetimi dışında gelen misafirlerede yükümlülük düşüyor. Kurallara uyarak temizlik konusunda herkesin hassasiyet göstermesi gerekiyor. Genel olarak güzel bir otel tavsiye ederim.

A nice break

Was very nice hotel but beds are not double. They were even charging for water . I think manager of the hotel was negative as you ask something you get negative answer. Overall it was good

Great resort.

Love the rooms in this Resort. Top quality beds and facilities. Pool is amazing. Gardens and the little hidden seating areas are lovely. Food is of a decent quality. Shame they don’t serve cocktails til after 12 noon. Only improvement is a bar service is needed around the poolside (spa side)
