The hotel was good but the room was small. We were not happy with the given room. Overall quality of hotel was acceptable.

By far the worst four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were poorly trained and not helpful. They don't have a concierge. The shower flooded the bathroom and never produced hot water. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Hotel is in a great location with an excellent staff .. when I got sick during my stay, the staff , including head manager Mr. Ender were very helpful.. they have immediately opened a new room for my kids so that I can isolate myself from them and recover…. The room service is fast enough .. I was not super pleased with their restaurant food… our food was cold every time we ordered.. breakfast however was different .. a lot of varieties and staff was very helpful to address our needs .. overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families with younger kids , even perhaps for couples..

İşletme sorunları olan bir mekan. Sabah 8:30 da oda önünden gürültülü bir şekilde el arabaları geçmememeli örneğin insanlar uyuyor. Tekerlekleri sessiz bir şeyler bulun. Havuzbaşına bir tostun gelmesi 45 dakikayı bulmasın. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ama süreçlerde bir sorun var gibi.

Her soruya veya isteğe cevap olarak konsept gereği böyle deyip kapatıyorlar konuyu kulak temizleme çöpü koymamışlar aradım ve sanırım arkadaşlar temizlik yaparken unutmuşlar rica edebilirmiyim dedim hayır efendim konsept gereği koymamışlar unutulmamış dediler sonra biraz bu saçma cevaba tepki verince efendim siz yanlış anladınız arkadaşlar umutmuş diyip yine suçu kendilerinde değil de bizde aradılar hoş değildi gereksiz gerginlik

Hersey süperdi, yanliz Aksam yemekleri biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Cesitleri de biraz daha fazla olabilirdi. Mesela biz bir aksam Mantiyi denedik ama maglesef soguktu ve tadida iyi degildi. Kahvalti cok güzeldi.
