"The drive to the property was very nice. Once we. Checked in it seemed nice until the ants showed up! There was an army of ants which caused me to shorten my trip. I have never never seen that many ants in my life in a house and . I am 58 years. The whorl pool was dirty it wasn’t properly cleaned. It was very gross. "

"We stayed 2 nights and were barely in the room, but I ca definitely say the photos were 100% accurate and the woman at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and let me know up front that the front desk is not manned 24/7, which was no biggie.
Grounds, lobby and room were all clean! We had a 1 bedroom room with a small kitchen and it was perfect for us: 2 adults and a 5 year old. The bed and pillows were comfy and the AC worked great.

"When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some.
