"The property is nice. It’s perfect if you are planning to be at Disney the whole time. If not, it is about an hour to and from the city. You first have to take the shuttle to Disney and then switch to the train. My only complaints are that the AC/fan doesn’t work well. We got warm at night. And the pool has odd hours (11-1 and then 2-7) And no one is keeping an eye on the slide. My son went down and an adult came down too soon after, which resulted in him running into him. The staff is very friendly. There’s lots for the kids to enjoy."

"The most convenient and best value hotel near Disneyland Paris. Because the train station is so convenient to the hotel, you can literally be at the parks, or back in your room in 20 minutes. The optional breakfast is wonderful, and the little extras are amazing. Would stay every time!"

"Warm welcome from Claire when we arrived. She took time to explain all amenities and facilities in the hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, and kept that way daily. Plenty towels. Nice Nuxe toiletries. Having a small kitchen area was an unexpected bonus. Good aircon. Room was quiet, even though we faced onto main road. Spa facilities looked great, though we didn't have time to use them. Transport to/from Disney was very helpful. All staff we encountered were a credit to the hotel. Hope to return soon!"
Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel

"Good location for the parks. Hotel very busy, rooms not ready until after 4pm. Had to request water each day as not automatically replenished (why not?) and also had to request robes for the swimming pool, expected them to be in the room. Struggled with the shower temperature (scalding hot or cold), not a powerful shower. Crazy expensive and didn’t even include breakfast. But worth being on site. Skyline bar is fab."

"We definitely had a great stay here. The lady that checked us in made sure our whole party and all three of our rooms were as close together as possible, making it super helpful during our stay I love how accommodating everyone was."

"I loved everything about this hotel. The moment I pulled in I loved the castle like look. This is the perfect place for families with kids. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was small issues with the room on the second night, and it was fixed right away. I was even offered a different room while the service provider worked on mine, Overall, the hotel was a 10/10."

"Excellent location, nice walk round the lake to Disneyland Parks. Comfortable beds in good sized room. Dinner and breakfast buffets had good food selections and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend 👌"
