"This property is two rooms next to a small hotel. There is no check-in desk, instead you are meant to fill in an online form and let them know your arrival time. We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in. "What an amazing place and the staff were fantastic. Limited options for food in the evening but we used uber eats and used the dining room which was perfect. 14 euro in an uber to Epernay and the champagne houses, a 35 minute walk to Ay centre. A very enjoyable few nights away."
