"The property was very good , it’s 94 steps but that wasn’t a problem for us and we knew that when we booked , the location was perfect for us nice and quiet when you’re in the apartment so sleep wasn’t a problem , stepped out of the door to a lovely walk around to shops and restaurant all on your doorstep, the only thing that we got very nervous about was the communication we weren’t given the key code until the day we were travelling to the property so we were worried about Wi-Fi and we had to...

"Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. "We went to the birds eye view, for five days, in Como and all I can say is breathtaking. From the decor to the comfort of the apartment to the views as well as the location. Everything was perfect. We were made to feel so welcome by the people who were behind the organisation of it all, and the location of the apartment to Como center and the station is really good, all within 10-15 min walk. And, if you love the water it's only a 10 minute walk to the water front. We absolutely loved this...

"The apartment was very nice, clean and in a great location. It felt very safe, secure and in a busy area. Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good.
