"Clean room, A/C functioning well. Good breakfast. Small issue that when I needed a spoon for the soup, staff is probably too busy to notice. The night before we left, it’s quite noisy outside, but can’t complain and congrats Morocco team to advance in FIFA. :)"

"A family-friendly hotel where the staff goes above and beyond for children. The property is clean, living up to the high standards of an international chain. The front desk is efficient, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant staff is kind. The pool area are also well-maintained. A convenient location for an overnight stay!"

"My week’s stay at Barcelo Tanger was extremely pleasurable. The staff were very accommodating, Soltane in particular provided an excellent service when our room’s air conditioning was not working when we initially arrived. The hotel being in a prime location was very convenient and one of the best things about the hotel. Easy access to food, shopping and the beach/marina meant we always had something to do and enjoy, without having to look very far. Breakfast was excellent, a variety of sweet and savoury options. The hotel and rooms were very clean, some with excellent balcony and sea views. The views from the hotel terrace were breathtaking, additionally the food and staff were very pleasant. I would recommend Barcelo to anyone who is thinking of visiting Tangier as it made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable."

"I travel at least four times a year, so I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years. I can honestly say that the service I received at Barceló was truly above and beyond anything I expected. When I checked in, I mentioned to Ahmed at the front desk that it was my birthday. From that moment on, he made me feel like a queen for the rest of my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my birthday incredibly special. The outstanding service didn’t stop there. When I called room service for assistance, the team went out of their way to help and really thought outside the box. Osama was especially kind and even brought me almonds without me asking. It’s the little touches like these that make all the difference. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the pool area was beautifully maintained and well organized, and I loved using the gym every day. My experience was so exceptional that I actually changed the rest of my travel plans and stayed with Barceló instead of moving to other hotels I had booked. Thanks to Ahmed and the incredible team, Barceló has become my new hotel chain of choice. Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Michele"
