"What a fun little gem! We needed a pet friendly place for a weekend and Scotty's was perfect!! The owners were fantastic and super easy to work with! Being "off season" it was very quiet and peaceful! Bed was super comfy and the room was neatly organized and very clean. Definitly will recommend to friends and hopefully will be back to stay again! "I was in town for the NMU graduation. It was obvious that all of the hotels in town raise their rates to take advantage of the surge in business. I am still flabbergasted that the rate was what I would expect to pay at a luxury hotel. Upon check in, I was informed there is no housekeeping on the weekends. My room had a moldy shower, thin pillows/sheets and the same soap product in every single product bottle. Conditioner? No, soap. Lotion? Soap too. I have to go back next year, but I will not be staying here. "
