"The room was clean and spacious.Location as needed and parking available. The main down mark was that the head of the shower wouldn’t hold and made life quite difficult to have a decent shower,"

"Not sure how this hotel is 4* it’s can’t be more than a 3* Staff are very friendly and helpful, it’s in a really good location close to the beach and a square full of restaurants and bars. Parking is onstreet only so no security for yr belongings in the car. The place is very dated but works for a 1 night stop over"

"If you are travelling back from France by ferry, this is ideally placed for you. It's a five minute drive to the port and avoids the congestion often found in the town. the hotel is well maintained and the staff always extremely helpful. Highly recommended"

"Great stay. Someone was there to greet us in the middle of the night and helped me to sort parking. The room was lovely - very big family room and immaculately clean. Nice breakfast in the morning. Would recommend for an overnight stop in Calais."

"Like many people we stayed here the night prior to getting the tunnel home. The room was small, but adequate, nice and clean and a comfy bed. We ate dinner in the bar, as they allowed our dog to be there. There was a food choice on the set menu €39 and a food choice of well priced wines too. The food was great quality, especially for the price. Breakfast was also very pleasant. Would highly recommend"
