"Un affittacamere in posizione geografica molto comoda nei pressi dell'uscita dell'autostrada location fuori dal centro abitato dove si gode di un buon riposo in quanto molto silenzioso, camere molto spaziose con grande bagno in camera, pulizia accurata (da tenere conto che ho soggiornato per tre giorni e tutti i giorni passano le pulizie in camera), personale cordiale e di grande disponibilità, in prenotazione avevo fatto una richiesta ed è stata accolta senza alcuna difficoltà, la signora delle...

"The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were quiet at night without any appreciable noise. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were less so. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Their laundry service was very good. The parking was a bit tight in the front of the hotel. Overall, it was a good hotel and definitely one of the better ones in the area."

"受付スタッフはとても親切＆フレンドリーでした。 ボローニャでのおすすめの観光場所や、近くのスーパーなど丁寧に教えていただきました。駐車場はホテルの敷地内に広く設けられていました。 朝食は今回の旅で宿泊したホテルの中で一番よかったです！ ビュッフェスタイルで、飽きのこないバリエーションでした。 朝食会場でのスタッフもとても親切でした。 ジムもホテル内にあり、私は時間がなく利用はできませんでしたが、十分なマシーンがそろってました。運動したい方にはとてもいい設備だと思います。 １日だけの滞在だったのが残念なぐらい、とてもいいホテルです。 いつかまたボローニャ近郊へ観光に行くことがあればぜひ滞在したいです。"

"La camera era posizionata sopra una struttura di pannelli grecati con zanzariere rotte il bagno sporco con calcare nella doccia sportelli doccia con ruggine camera con muri sporchi di zanzare schiacciate sui quadri un dito di polvere,colazione minimal al momento di pagare non funzionava il pos. Parcheggio esterno molto scomodo. Non consigliabile assolutamente"

"We enjoyed our stay. Backdropped on the Fiesole hilltop we found the staff to be friendly and made us comfortable by relocating us to a new room after we identified a faulty air conditioner(these things do happen unfortunately). Our dining experience was excellent and we enjoyed the included breakfasts. Discovering Florence was easiest with the complementary return shuttle service. We recommend the FH55."

"The resort is at a beautiful spot in Tuscany. The views are spectacular. The in-house restaurant is simply fantastic. We had dinner each night we stayed (3), and were seriously impressed by all 3 meals. The breakfast is very good as well. The olive oil made on the property is one of the best we’ve tasted. We ended up buying a liter. I also had a very relaxing massage and facial, that I highly recommend. The villa is 800 years old (!!), so it’s not your typical ‘luxury’ resort. But the quirks...
