We were assigned a room on the rooftop next to the laundry area. Unfortunately, it looks nothing like the photos used to advertise the riad, and it is not at all what I reserved or expected.I wanted to kindly mention that the room doesn’t seem very clean, and unfortunately the bed is extremely hard, it honestly feels more like sleeping on a box spring than on a mattress. The main door is actually a shower-style glass door, which honestly makes me feel a bit unsafe since it seems like it could be broken into easily. Because of this, I’ve had to carry my passports and valuables with me all day out of concern that someone could enter the room. I just wanted to share this because it has made it difficult to fully relax and feel secure during my stay. The following day, they moved us to a different room, and it looked a little more like what was shown on the website. However, the bed was still extremely hard, and the cleanliness of the room still felt questionable and below the standard we expected. I know I probably should have left from the first day, but we were exhausted from the trip when we arrived. We also already had reservations and plans scheduled for the following days, so trying to look for a new hotel and move all of our belongings right away felt a bit overwhelming and difficult at the time.

Il pregio di un riad non sta unicamente nella sua vicinanza alla piazza,ma nella sua autenticità. Dopo 15 visite posso dirmi soddisfatta di aver trovato questo piccolo riad che mi ha permesso di esplorare una zona per me nuova,dove i souk sono fantastici. Ma soprattutto ho incontrato una persona gentilissima, attenta,disponibile alla condivisione,rispettosa e sempre disponibile : Zakaria !
