Limpieza muy justa por no decir escasa, edredones sucios, esquinas sin barrer y cantidades importantes de arena y borra, no hacen camas ni nada durante la estancia. El personal es lo mejor de Riad sin duda junto a su localización, si no fuera por lo bien que nos trataron Abdul y Assis probablemente hubieramos canviado de riad! Abdul es tan servicial que hará por ti lo que necesites. El desayuno bastante completo y la cena que preparó Abdul en el riad espectacular! Gracias por la experiencia!

Wir kamen abends an. Würden nicht begrüßt und bekamen 2 Stunden später mitgeteilt, dass leider kein Zimmer für uns da wäre. Das Zimmer bzw. die Dusche im Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Dusche reserviert) wäre kaputt. Man brachte uns schließlich zu einem anderen angeblich genauso schönem Riad. Wir würden jedoch in einem dreckigen Hotel untergebracht. Am nächsten Tag bestanden wir auf ein Zimmer und einen Ausgleich. Diese Verhandlungen und das Warten auf zuständige Personen dauerte 4 Stunden unseres Urlaubstags. Insgesamt sehr unbefriedigend.

Scam - advice not to book

We arrived to the airport and read an email that our room had technical difficulties but we would get another even better accommodation. After waiting at the Riad we originally booked. Where we did very nicely get offered tea and conversation but refused to get the name of our new accommodation. We finally were brought to the new accommodation another building from the same owners as the Riad. However this building/hotel was not finished, not listed anywhere and did not have a name. This other location is used to put out hotel guests that book the nice looking Riad, are given the excuse of technical difficulties and offered the other in construction Riad . This not finished Riad was full with other guests that the ‘same’ happened to. Smart for the owners(finance an hotel in construction by having guest) but a scam. Definitely not a nice start of your holiday. We ended up not staying there for even one night, strange atmosphere and cramped room. The personnel also studied all the policies/rules from Expedia or Booking found loopholes so they can’t be found accountable. Technically on paper they did nothing wrong. With the good rating they get from they people they do let stay on the nice Riad they keep a float. We were glad that at 9pm we found another hotel ourselves.

Manque d’organisation rarement vu.

Le Riad était complet et on nous a transféré dans un autre Riad. Personnel incompétent et inexpérimentés dans les deux Riads. Sale, aucun changement de serviettes pendant 4 jours, pas d’eau chaude et pas d’eau du tout pendant les 36 dernières heures. A éviter à tout prix, c’est à se demander comment Expédia peut continuer à les héberger sur leurs sites.
