The property was nice! But some things need to be fixed. WiFi doesn’t work, food doesn’t taste and very expensive for small portions! Breakfast was nasty, vetegables look off and stink.

The whole experience and the atmosphere in Agafay desert was amazing, the staff Karim and Chadia were very welcoming as well as the manager Abdo. There are some points that might be improved , like the food menu that was very limited and some meals were not available unlike the alcohol menu. For the amenities you have very limited items in the room , you should take all the item needed for your stay as well as the toothpaste that was unfortunately not provided by the accomodation.

Horrible bathroom situation

Don’t get me wrong The place is beautiful, the concept is amazing; service was great but the bathroom is not comfortable if it’s shareable with other people it should be bigger and females separated from males; No toilet paper, showers were dusty and dirty; and the breakfast should be included. Here, You have to pay even to breathe. Just insane

This accommodation has a lot of potential but definitely does not live up to that currently. The rooms are nice with comfortable bedding. There were no towels left in our room but they were brought to us eventually. There is a very limited choice of food and we had read about this before we went so got food before hand. We had some food at night but my brother was up all night being sick as a reaction from the food he ate. When we told the staff this at checkout the response was ‘okay, you are all checked out now’. This accommodation proved very hard to get to and the excursions that were offered were almost double the prices we had seen in the medina. I definitely would not have wanted to stay here for more than one night.

Mixed experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable—exactly what I was hoping for. However, there were a couple of letdowns during my stay. First, the hotel marketed a drink menu, which was part of the reason I chose this place, but when we arrived, we found out they didn’t actually have a liquor license. This was disappointing, especially since we were expecting to relax with drinks after a long day. Second, the service left much to be desired. While the hotel staff was not rude, it felt like they weren't particularly interested in helping or making the stay more enjoyable. A little more enthusiasm and warmth from the team would have gone a long way. Overall, it’s a nice place with great potential, but they need to work on their service and be upfront about amenities like the drink menu.

Arrivé au camp impossible de rentrer car ce dernier a soit disant fait faillite. Aucune solution proposée et aucun dédommagement. Nous avons du réserver en urgence un autre camp. Le Caravane By Habitas qui c’est révélé excellent sur tous les points ! Merci à eux et honte au groupe Selina

Die Unterkunft hatte komplett geschlossen als wir ankamen. Sicherheitsleute haben uns informiert, dass die Anlage 3 Tage zuvor für die Winter-Saison geschlossen hat - trotz Buchungen. Der Betreiber hat sich nicht gemeldet auf unsere Nachricht. Von Expedia warten wir auch noch auf Rückmeldung - die Übernachtung hatten wir im Vorfeld bereits komplett bezahlt (an Expedia). Sehr ärgerlich und nicht zu empfehlen!

Chambre magnifique sur un site dépaysant en plein désert rocheux. Le site est enchanteur mais requiert quelque travaux. Avec une seule option de restauration, les choix sont limités et les prix élevés. Le repas du soir était cependant délicieux et le buffet du matin plus que copieux

Die Gemeinschaftsduschen und Toiletten hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Ebenso lässt sich über Sauberkeit des Pools streiten, baden möchte man dort eher nicht da der Boden sehr dreckig war. Die Nacht war leider etwas unruhig da der Stromgenerator am Gelände immer zu hören ist. Das Frühstück hat leider nichts mit einem Frühstück zu tun. Der Ausblick hingegen ist sehr sehr schön und lässt manch negatives vergessen

Experiência muito gira! Hotel lindo de morrer e funcionários muito simpáticos!! Só achamos que o restaurante (que é o único sítio onde podemos comer) tem poucas opções… Hotel limpo e confortável mas nunca vieram limpar o quarto.

The photos can be misleading. They have no liquor license and is a very tame environment. No party vibes here. No locks on rooms and no safes so you must bring important stuff with you. Food was good. One pool was very murky. Is a great spot if you are trying to be an influencer. Luckily we read they lost their liquor license so brought some wine. If you book it bring some booze and a pad lock for your tent.

Très bon séjour, les chambres étaient très propres! Je recommande le cours de Yoga qui était vraiment sympa avec coucher de soleil sur le désert d’agafay. Piscine agréable quand il fait très chaud. Par contre les prix sont particulièrement cher pour les activités et les repas, bien que très bons.

Los únicos puntos positivos son las vistas y las tiendas aunque no tienen baños privados a pesar del elevado precio tienes que compartir baños y duchas con todos… lo que sí me sentí algo estafada es que ponerme fotos con DJ y música, cuando solo te ofrecen un cantante beréber mientras comes y nada más !!!! A las 10pm eso estaba muerto, no tenían nada de alcohol porque no tienen licencia y les pedí que prendan la linda fogata que tienen pero se rehusaron porque eran las 10:15 pm y solo te atienden hasta las 10pm … es eso un servicio de casi 300€/noche ? Sin ningún detalle en la habitación, ni una agua gratis, las tiendas no tienen candado o llave para asegurarlas, los baños (escusados) algunos hasta se movían, la comida algo elevada de precio pero es pasable porque estaba rica…. En fin … personalmente sentí que no valía su precio y no lo recomiendo !

Jeg er stor fan av Selinas og elsket også dette stedet. Ble litt skuffet da vi kom dit og fant ut av de hadde problemer med drikkelisensen og var altså helt uten vin og øl. Hadde vært greit å vite på forhånd. De fikk heller ikke laget kaffe før langt utpå ettermiddagen. MEN de strakk seg veldig langt for å gi god service, middagen var super, stemningen magisk og stedet i seg selv helt fantastisk. Absolutt noe man ikke bør gå glipp av!!! Anbefales.

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné au Selina Camp Agafay et nous en sommes un peu déçu… Nous avons opté pour les douches communes. A plusieurs reprises nous nous sommes retrouvés sans eau, très peu de débit et donc dans l’impossibilité de se rincer. Pareil pour les pommeaux de douches qui ne fonctionnent plus et qu’il faudrait penser à changer. Concernant les petits déjeuners, ils étaient proposés à 24€ par personne, on avait le droit qu’à 1 café et c’était limite on dérangeait lorsque l’on demandé une omelette… Il y a énormément de légumes proposés et très peu de choix de fromages ou charcuteries. À revoir au niveau des tarifs !! Limite le double qu’en France !! C’est à même se demander s’ils ne décident pas des prix en fonction de la tête des clients. Nous avons payé la petite bouteille d’eau 1€ et parfois 2€ lorsque l’on demandé à une autre personne. Pareil pour l’alcool à la carte qui est écrit mais aucun stock chez eux… pourquoi on ne sait pas. Ça serait super de proposer des cadenas à la réception afin que l’on puisse fermer les tentes lorsque nous nous absentons. Heureusement que l’hôtel dispose d’une vue imprenable sur le désert d’Agafay, que la décoration est super jolie et qu’il y a 2 piscines de disponible.
