"The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room....

"Likes:- Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, even if they didn't fully understand you they smiled and nodded, which is what they are paid to do. Head of reception, Corina was very helpful and understanding. Zest Bar was good of an evening if you didn't like entertainment, barman Kemal happy, helpful and funny. Room was fine, overlooking golf course but on ground floor without much of a view. Needed minor attention, shower drainage not coping with water flow causing water to flow into...

"Ruime mooie kamers, goede bedden. Zeer schoon. Wel ‘s ochtends rumoer van schuivende tafels en stoelen op het bovengelegen dakterras, werd er om 7 uur wakker van. Mooi dakterras voor ontbijt of om zomaar even te zitten. Ontbijt was goed, maar ook beter gehad ( koffie was matig). Op verzoek maken ze een omelet voor je. Heerlijke hamam / massage gehad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel."

"We had a really good stay in this Riad. We booket last minute. But they made sure we’d get picked up at the airport and was ready to meet us when we got to the the medina. We loved our stay, the service is really good. Always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast was really lovely op on the rooftop. The Riad is very beautiful and authentic, lovely rooms. Overall we loved our stay. Thank you so much."

"I stayed at Iberostar Waves for 7 days, and overall, it was a very mixed experience. The biggest issue was the bathroom cleanliness. It was filthy, with many stains on the tiles, and the toilet flush was extremely weak. It couldn’t properly flush a reasonable amount of toilet paper, so we had to use the lobby washroom. The AC was also disappointing, as it never cooled the room properly. The food had good variety each day, but it was often cold unless you arrived right when the buffet opened....
