"Staff was very friendly and polite, always had a smile on their face. Hotel is in a nice area no people wondering around the property. A convenient store is within walking distance and hotel is close to the highway within minutes and I like that for myself. Definitely would stay here again."

"Finally this place has decided to renovate the hotel/room. It is such a waste to see a nice property getting old! For the management decide to renovate is a positive decision and hopefully it will be a nice place in the prime spot of Duluth"

"Everything was great but we were given keys to our room, we opened the door and another family was there watching TV. With another trip to guest desk explained what happened and we were given another room. Once we got settled in we realized the AC couldn't be adjusted. Other than that everything was great."
