Dolphin House Samadai Reef Boat Snorkeling Trip from Marsa Alam
"It's a lovely hotel: very clean, very high standards of food and drinks, and very attentive staff in the beach, dining and social areas.
However some of the reception staff were very unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable at times. Particularly as I booked initially for 1 person - the room cost is the same for 1 and 2 but I thought to be a bit more eco friendly they could then leave fewer towels etc. When I tried to add a second person they refused and said it would be additional cost, even...
"We loved this place. Staff is amazing, clearly management is keeping a tight leash to ensure quality, the property is well maintained, and the greenery is amazing. Food is varied and of very good quality, especially for an all-inclusive resort. We are a family of 3, two adults and a 7 years old boy. Just a few points of improvement.

2. Could be...
"Overall is a ok hotel, The staffs are friendly but the pluming wasn’t good.
Shower room water was stuck. We could take a showers.
We can’t brush our teethbecause the sink water was nearly.
The view from our balcony was nice."
"Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."
