"The apartment was extremely clean and felt completely brand new. The self check-in was very easy with secure code access. The location is perfect. just one minute from the beach and close to all shops and restaurants. Also communication with the owner was smooth and very helpful. "Apartment itself wasn't bad but the stairwell to get to the apartment had a few dead roaches lying around that weren't cleaned up until the 4th day of our stay. Also, there was a problem with water collecting at just upon entering the apartment of the floor which was a slip hazard. The water remained present throughout our stay. "Everything was Perfect. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the owner was very hospitable to our entire family. They provided a crib for the baby, a high chair, and even a bathtub. The rooftop spa was a great option. The private jacuzzi on the terrace was also great. We will definitely be back. "Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one.
