Unit does need coffee maker !! and instructions on how to operate the tiny stove. Could see the water from the bed and small balcony. The small unit is just lovely and the town is second to none. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street.
