Very bad customer service at the front desk. They really don't care.
First, no response to my messages on Expedia. I asked to arrange for the shuttle bus, but they completely ignored me. I ride the bus, then walk 20 minutes to reach the hotel. When I arrived, the lady carelessly said, you have to call us... (How will I call you if I don't have a local phone number?) ...
Second, I asked them immediately to arrange for the shuttle bus to go back to the airport tomorrow, but she said there is no shuttle service during the weekend... Only Taxi, and we can call Taxi for you. I said clearly: can I get a taxi at 3:00 am for my flight, she said yes no problem, that was at 11:00 AM. Then at 7:00 PM, I went to the front to confirm that the other lady also said yes, we can call a taxi for you at 3:00 AM. And now guess what, at 3:00 AM I went to the front desk to get a taxi, but the gentleman said, no taxi at 3:00 am you have to book it earlier...
Towels were very old and not clean enough to be used..
No slippers in the bathroom.
They mentioned they have snacks available on the weekend. When I asked about it, the front desk said not available today.
Such a terrible experience for the first time in my entire life
