Best Western Leesburg Hotel & Conference Center

"Stayed for one week, the staff are brilliant, really helpful and easy to talk to. Bedroom was a nice size and bed was comfy and clean. TV had a good range of channels if that’s important to you. WiFi was also reliable and quick. Bathroom was quite clean but a few marks around the bath other than that the whole room was spotless. Breakfast was standard, egg, sausages, waffle machine, yogurt, fruit, 3 cereal choices and juice, pretty good for free breakfast. Location is good as well, about a 10 minute walk to Leesburg Plaza and then 25/30 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Leesburg Historic District which is really nice. I didn’t use the parking but there is plenty of spaces and it’s free. I think this hotel deserves a much better reputation and it was a great first experience of American hospitality as a Brit. Overall I think this hotel represents really good value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again."

"We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast server Kenny's heartfelt courtesy and professionalism as well as the helpfulness and kindness of the receptionist Aisha. As a principle, supplies in the room must include bottle of drinking water and other items even for the bookers via 3rd party (we were denied to get the privilege for the fact that we booked via expedia) no matter what is the cost. The room was somehow noisy due to the sound comes from the motor planted on the ground (It probabily is the central external unit for the AC system) located by the window side of our room. Though it may be mostly full house, the hotel should at least orally recognize returning customers."

"Breakfast ceased pretty early; 11 or 10 am would be better; 9 am is too early. There is no outside seating at the front entrance which would be useful in waiting for a ride. Other than these two issues, I found the hotel completely acceptable."

"Clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly. Check-in clerk made friendly conversation during check-in, and desk clerks greeted us whenever we walked by. Room was large and clean. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Great place!"
