"The staff was very helpful and check-in was seamless. Our room seemed like it was in the middle of a renovation so there were good and disappointing things. Lots of dance-floor space with no furniture. The was very little space for any clothing for anyone that likes to unpack and not live out of their suitcase for a week. The vinyl floor in our room was not at all clean...actually pretty nasty. The location was convenient for getting on the highway. Hopefully things will be better when...

"It was okay. Days Inn is budget, that doesn’t mean it should be dirty or not properly maintained. Staff clearly doesn’t do a good job cleaning in the units or the property as a whole. One maintenance guy yelled at my wife to go inside as if there was a curfew. This place is bearable that’s about it."

"My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. "I stayed here for a family reunion. I actually purchased several rooms for my family. I reviewed the other room and I received feedback from Hampton basically saying I lied or that was my interpretation. I stated my room smelled like a wet dog and that there had been a spider in the bathroom. Thier response was they checked my room and they didn't see a spider and the room smelled fine to them. Well of course I killed the spider. I didn't say it was infested. The room does smell however. ...

"No mention of the hotel being under construction on Expedia. We had no pool, no gym, no restaurant, no lobby our entire visit. Let’s not mention the fire code of the smoke detectors all being covered on the ground level. Horrible experience."
