"Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Room and hotel extremely run down, bed was torn and had poop stains on the comforter, shower tub was cracked and leaking, some gross sticky substance on counter top, hotel apparently ran out of shampoo and told me I had to go to to the store at 10pm if I wanted to shower. When asking to to cancel my reservation Gigi who was useless offered me another room after lying earlier saying they were completely booked up and tried putting me in an equally disgusting room. When I went down to tell her that the room won’t work either especially since it didn’t even have the basic amenities she said it’s only one night……. I immediately booked a new hotel and got out of that sess pool as fast as possible. Expedia tried to help refund my money but the hotel denied. Stay far from this hell hole."
