"Amazing stay in Venice! The hotel felt very modern, new, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and everything looked fresh and updated.
The staff was kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. It was also very easy to find transportation from the hotel, which made getting around the city and traveling with luggage much easier for us.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

"Das Hotel ist wunderschön in ein altes Kloster integriert. Die langen Gänge sind beindruckend und die Zimmer liebevoll im dazupassenden Stil eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hoflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig in Auswahl und Geschmack. Alle 30 Minuten gibt es einen Hoteltransfer mit dem Wassertaxi nach Venedig. Das parkähnliche Hotelgelände ist beeindruckend und sehr weitläufig. Der Pool ist beheizt und sehr groß. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen."

"We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu. "

"Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful about finding things to do and how to get into and out of Venice efficiently from the nearby train station. Clarissa was particularly helpful with her insights on where to eat and what to see in Venice itself. Room was large. Hotel is small any quiet and out of the way. You will need a car to stay here since nothing is within walking distance. "

"Hebergement mediocre, pas de cintre, tringle cassé, fourmi dans l hebergement ++, divan de table casser, prise du micro onde cassé ne tien pas, prise au plafond dans une des chambres pas evident pour charger quelque chose du coup car pend dans le vide, wc dans une des chambre fuit, douche froide apres 3 sec sous la douche, frigo sale, lit superposer cassé, service de change de draps en supplement, un rouleau de papier toilette puis en supplement.., tapis de sol abimé, maustiquaire cassé, ..
