Rented a family suite which was supposed to have a king and a queen and a pull-out coach, got a room with a king bed and two pull out couches, very uncomfortable."

"The shower head did not work properly, the door to the bathroom was a barn door that is hard to open/close, there was a folded chair in the shower that took up space and should only be put there if it’s needed. Breakfast was good. "

"Expedia and/or the Saddlery did not make it clear that this "hotel" has no staff and I would need a code to enter the property. That was on p. 4 or so of the confirmation email that I printed out. I arrived and did not know how to get in. Luckily it was on the email account that I have on my phone. Otherwise it was very nice for a great price."

"All was really well! Room was nice, beds were nicer than most other hotels we’ve stayed at. Used the pool area- hot tub and one of the water buckets didn’t work- but other than that nice for little family. Used workout area- that was nice. The breakfast was a big hit. Only downfall was the very VERY strong smell of weed that lingered in the hallway."

"Overall nice property. Lots of parking around the building, very solid breakfast, quiet rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Didn't use pool but looked nice as well. Staff sometimes not always available at front desk to make purchases from from commissary so perhaps adding a self check out would be good. Would definitely stay again."
