"Clean room, well equipped kitchen, helpful staff. The location was quiet and convenient. We only stayed one night. I think it is better for longer stays. While there was some food and snacks available, I prefer a fresh hot breakfast. I did find a great breakfast place called “Lovely” a few minutes away."

"It was quiet and bed was good. It had nice amenities like ear plugs and a white noise machine, which we didn’t need. It was hard to find the elevator. Some detailed information would have been appreciated. We would stay there again."

"We stopped here for a quick overnight on a long drive up I5. We specifically were looking forward to a relaxing hot tub after 13 hours in the car. Happily, both the hot tub and pool are open 24 hours. It was also perfect to be able to have breakfast here before embarking on the last 6 hours of our drive. Room was perfectly clean, bed was comfortable. 👍"

"This was perfect for a simple overnight stay - no fringes, no swimming pool, no breakfast - but worked well for us."

"Good location near Gateway Mall area, and public transit directly in front of hotel. Table and more space than normal hotel room. No problem checking in, and polite help."

"Horrible experience. The grounds are full of cigarette butts, stains and filth. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The highway noise kept us up all night. The kicker was leaving hanging valuables in the bathroom, calling within 24 hours and then being hung up on by the front desk clerk telling me they don't have them and don't leave stuff behind the next time. Very rude, unhelpful, and lack of care for their guests. Do not recommend."

"Room was clean but a little bit rundown. Had cracks in wall, very poorly finished. Thought the shower head was going to fall off- very loose. There was breakfast - but you picked it up at office and carry what limited items there were to your room to eat. On scale of 1-10 would give it a 6. Would not stay here again."

"It is a nice large, cleanroom for the money, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, and a well taken care of property overall with plenty of parking. No clear downside except there was no plug for the bath, but I forgot to ask for one and I’m sure they would’ve provided it if I had asked. A simple continental breakfast but with plenty of variety. Very good value for money."

"Property is decent. Personally it was a little noisy for us because our room window was next to the ice machine. So we can hear everyone that came for ice. All the appliances worked well. We had a good stay."
