"I have stayed here before a concert at Concord Pavilion and it was fine. A lot of people stay for concert. This time there was no guide on the remote control. Anyways, I asked for help and they sent up maintenance guy who could do nothing? Basically, he said someone came in to program all the TVs and didn’t give them that function. I was just supposed scroll the channels manually without a guide. This might seem like nothing but it was certainly a feature I’ve enjoyed before so being without it...
"Older facility, but is well maintained and clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Consistent over the many times we have stayed at this BW. Price is attractive for the area."
"I am so thankfull with the staff and completely satisfied with the service. Parking space for free and the included breakfast are great! specially in a city like San Francisco. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, pastries, different kind of cereals, milk and a variety of coffee. Bathroom neatly clean, beds more than comfortable, quiet, coffee and tea in the room. More than worthy!"
"I thought it would be noise because it has a freeway on one side and a busy road on the other. It was amazingly quiet and I did not hear any traffic noise in the building. On the other side of the street is a shopping area with some really good restaurants.There is a Black Bear restaurant next door that had good service and food."
