"Room was great, mini fridge didn’t seem to work (did not bother me) everything was clean, the staff were all very friendly and nice. Parking was easy and affordable. The gym seemed busy whenever I walked by haha, all in all very good experience."

He gave us access to a key for the room but we couldn’t unlock the door. The owner was a really personable guy so good to talk to. Breakfast was cooked to order which was very nice"

"My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. "It was just a basic hotel room, nothing special. The bed was comfy and the rooftop bar was cool. The shower kept cutting out, and the view was just rooftop AC units. If you have a ladder rack or a tall truck, you'll have to park on the side of the road. And good luck if there's a baseball game going on."

"They were quick to accommodate my early arrival and made me as comfortable as possible. Truly enjoy my stay each time we come. We visit once a month and never regret staying in this hotel."

"The property had an odor throughout the building. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. There gnats flying in the room. The following morning killed a roach in the bathroom. The original room reserved was not available. According to staff it was not able to be occupied. The pool was also not in service. Would not stay at the property again. The only positive is the location is conveniently located near restaurants and the expressway."

"I was in town for a one-day business meeting and had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated the early morning workout facilities and business printing services. I look forward to staying here again when I'm in the area."
