"The stay was ok nothing spectacular to write about, needed to UBER to downtown as I would not recommend using the local bus or walking due to safety concerns. The staff was generally nice. The TV in the room did not have all channels working, they seemed blocked, also the volume was extremely low even though it was on max volume. We did not get house keeping daily, there was no where to hang up our towels (party of 6), so we had to call to get clean towels delivered nightly."

"The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and well-maintained with a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. We did have issues with the servers at the bar and restaurant. The service was slow, and it took an excessive amount of time to get our food. That being said, the flatbread pizza was great and the prices were reasonable. The rooftop bar views are lovely. We would stay there again."

"The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Everything is comfortable too. Also, the Wharf area has plenty of food, entertainment and nightlife. It was just a short Uber away from the National Theater and the National Gallery of Art. We didn’t walk because we were with my mother-in-law and it was the usual DC summer sauna. It is totally walkable at other times of the year. I love this hotel."

"I am so grateful for this hotel. The hospitality that the staff showed my family was impeccable. The housekeeping head, Liz, went out of her way to retrieve my father's outfit and wallet when we left it after checkout. She promptly called me and left it with the reception when she found it.
