We can't say enough positive about each and every staff member. They are all friendly, helpful, never make any request feel like a burden and know your name from the minute you arrive.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bar has limited selections but okay.
We were disappointed that there was 1 menu for each meal and it never changes. As we were in there in the low season, the buffet and traditional cooking night were not available. Food was prepared fine but lacked seasoning. There...

"Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. Snorkeling was good all around the island, and the sandbar trip to the coral walls was a highlight.
