"Nous sommes des habitués de OTL Chicoutimi et sommes allée à celui de Sherbrooke pour la première fois. Le niveau t’attend a été respecté. À la réception le service était impeccable. La chambre parfaite. Petit bémol dans le couloir le tapis ne sens pas bon. La piscine super bien. Par contre, les jacuzzi ne font pas de bulles les jets sont inexistant. À revoir. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et le service t’es bien. Merci pour tout à retourner."

"They didn't have a room for us when we arrived because they missed the Expedia booking. (It was there) They resolved this by upgrading us to a suite in the building next door but wanted to split the charge on the $40/night upgrade. "This is a very charming B&B with an equally charming host. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was superb. Common areas included a beautifully furnished sitting room and a billiard room.
