"Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it...

"The room smelled like someone's basement. Severely dated rooms with furniture and linens of a 1980's vibe. Air conditioner was good, water pressure in the shower was decent, only interacted with the staff once and no issues. I will likely look to stay somewhere else if I'm in the area"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew. "We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding in Skaneateles and it worked out perfectly. The owners were very nice and you could tell they do want people to enjoy their stay in the area. Our room did get a little hot in the evening and I wish the pillows and beds were a bit more comfortable. The shower handle was a bit hard to get adjusted to a comfortable temperature.
