"Personal amable. Muy limpio todo. En los lockers solo caben maletas de cabina. La grande para documentar hay que dejarla en el cuarto de equipaje.
Proporcionan toallas y pantuflas desechables. Se pide entrar sin calzado de calle al dormitorio. Estar en silencio en el dormitorio. Todos muy respetuosos de que la gente está descansando.
Las cápsulas son cómodas y aislan bastante el ruido, aunque si se oye cuando alguien tose o abre la persiana para salir de la cápsula.

"Perfect for a quick weekend away. Little kitchenette with kettle, fridge and microwave. Great heating and warm in the winter. Great shower water pressure too. Front of house staff very welcoming and helpful. Would stay again."

"Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu erinomaista. Huone siisti, mukava ja tyylikäs. Kylpylä aivan ihana. Aamiainen kelpoa, paljon vaihtoehtoja sekä buffetista että menulta, mutta buffetissa osa ruoista näytti siltä, että ne ovat olleen pöydässä jo pidemmän tovin. Vähemmänkin riittäisi, kunhan olisi tuoretta. "

"Bardzo dobry hotel, z parkingiem. W pokojach czajniki i lodówki. Śniadania niestety coraz słabsze. Kiedyś były bardzo dobre, teraz zdecydowanie się pogorszyły, mniejszy wybór dań i produkty spożywcze słabej jakości. "

"The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated. It has a great bar downstairs that serves a good selection of food. It has a sky bar with amazing views over the city and great cocktails. The breakfast offering is good with good variety. All the stuff were exceptionally attentive and all spoke perfect English which I was very grateful for. I would highly recommend this hotel."
