"Fantastic property and staff 10/10 people can make or break an experience the staff was friendly and very helpful!! Rooms were fantastic and had all the pots pans and utensils needed for our 5 night stay! The pool was clean and beautiful with trees surrounding it. We will be staying here next time we come "

"The staff was exceptional here. Two checked us is ( one was in training) that were very friendly and hospitable and efficient! The women running the breakfast was a joy ...she kept everything filled and nicely presented and clean. She greeted people as they joined, she talked so respectfully to group of teen boys ...one was taking more than his fair share of bacon ...and she respectfully reminded him others needed some, as well. She was very good at her job! The gentleman tending facilities...

"My son and I had a great time. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to walk to the Carowinds Park and Ride some roller coasters. The people at the front desk and all the staff are amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet and very clean. I will say that the room condition was not that great. There were water stains in the ceiling in the bathroom as well as some mold. The shower spigot was loose and pulled away from the wall. The bathroom door did not close in...
