"Very happy with my stay. I stayed in an oceanfront suite with balcony, great ac , very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the view, staff was friendly and hotel in very safe area and walking distance to restaurants and local shops. I’m definitely going back. "

"The room was very clean and the view of the ocean was magnificent. The breakfast was warm and the variety was to our liking. We enjoyed the pool and the access to the beach and we appreciated that they honored our requests for a late check out. We were very pleased with being close to attractions, shops and restaraunts. We will definitely be returning."

"The resort offered a decent overall experience, but there were a few noticeable drawbacks. Only two out of the four elevators were operational, which caused some inconvenience and wait time. Housekeeping service was inconsistent in quality, and the pool area could have been cleaner. Overall, the property would benefit from improved maintenance. "

"We love Daytona Regency and stay on almost all of our vists. It has a great bar at the pool with great bar food, the only thing we don’t like dealing on each visit is being asked to spend 2 hours for a timeshare, we never go but it’s a headache to have to deal with. Other than that, it’s a great location, rooms and staff!"

"This place was very dirty and the room was so trashy with the door that was barely on the hinge, if someone wanted to they could break into the room, there was trash all over and a dead roach outside my room, this place should be shut down and condemned"

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower had mold, and the floors were never mopped… they continued to bring sheets with stains… "

"Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. I would definitely stay here again but would double...
